Whether she’s providing trust reviews, family wealth planning or creating a new estate and trust, Donna is passionate about protecting the families she serves and ensuring her client’s best interests are always at the forefront.
Prior to opening the Law Office of Donna Farar Jewett, PLLC, Donna graduated cum laude in 1990 with a Juris Doctorate from Willamette University College of Law after earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado. She then gained direct legal experience as a Judicial Clerk in the Federal District Court for the District of Arizona. Afterwards, she worked at two Arizona firms where she focused on Criminal Law, Medical Malpractice and Family Law. She is a former pro tem.
Donna’s private practice had focused on Scottsdale and North Phoenix Family Law and Mediation for over 25 years. In addition to her years of experience, Donna relies on an established resource network to provide her clients with the added support for all their needs.
When Donna is not helping her clients, she can be found out on the Arizona trails hiking and biking. She is active in her church and the Scottsdale and Greater Phoenix community.
Sarah Petell was born and raised in Maine. She graduated from the Atlantic Culinary Academy in 2004, with her Associates in Culinary Arts. That same year, she moved to Phoenix, Arizona to pursue her degree; being employed at various resorts and restaurants. After working as an in-house chef at a reporting and litigation firm, she cross-trained within the company and discovered a new interest in the legal field.
Over the next 16 years, Sarah gained knowledge and experience in many areas of the legal field, at a couple different law firms. In January of 2022, she joined the Truest Law team as the Client Services Director.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys crafting, cooking, raising her son, and spending time with loved ones.
Jen Walker is a seasoned family law professional with more than two decades of experience in the field, having served the family law community since 2001. A proud United States Navy veteran, Jen brings discipline, precision, and an unwavering commitment to service into every aspect of her work.
Jen has built her career on guiding clients through high-conflict, emotionally charged matters with strength, clarity, and strategic focus. She understands the stakes in family law litigation and is relentless in her commitment to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges while protecting their interests and their future.
Currently pursuing her Licensed Paraprofessional (LP) credentials, Jen is expanding her role to provide direct representation, further strengthening her ability to advocate for those she serves.
Outside of her professional work, Jen enjoys traveling, attending concerts and festivals, and spending time with her husband, her adult daughter, her dog, and close friends. A dedicated music enthusiast and self-proclaimed Goonie, she brings both grit and authenticity to her life and her practice.
Born and raised in Central Oregon, Becca is an entrepreneurial, grounded and driven young professional. She attended the University of Massachusetts, and during the Covid-19 pandemic, she took a gap year (or two) to launch her horse training business back in Oregon. This turned into a full-service training, sales, educational program and consignment brand- and Becca developed a talent for business and marketing.
Becca earned her two Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Journalism, respectively, and fell in love with the Southwest. She moved to Arizona, and began working as the Marketing Lead/Admin for a luxury real estate developer. After about a year and a half, Becca transitioned into a Business Development role, and shortly after joined Truest Law as Marketing & Event Coordinator.
When Becca isn’t in the office, you can find her out hiking on mountains, riding her horse, painting a scenery, trying a new recipe or getting her non-off-roading car into precarious scenarios. She likes to give back to her community, and also volunteers with habitat restoration organizations and with animal rescues.
